Gluten free Chocolate Banana Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

2 very ripe bananas

48g plant based chocolate protein powder (the one I use has added greens and is called MFL Plat Based Muscle Protein)

50g oats

250 ml water (may need a little bit more depending on the protein powder)

Step 1

Chuck it all in a blander and blitz it up to make a batter.

Step 2

Put a little oil in a non stick frying pan on medium heat, when it is hot you are ready to make pancakes!

Step 3

Spoon mixture into the pan about 2/3 tbsp per pancake and fry. When bubbles start to appear on the surface its time to flip. Cook each pancake for about 4/5 minutes.

Step 4

Serve with some coconut yogurt, sprinkling of granola and fruit of your choice.
