Vegan Peanut Butter Slutters (PBS)

If you’re a peanut butter lover like me, then these bad boys are the ultimate snack and they aren’t actually that unhealthy!

Ingredients

(Makes 5 palm-sized pieces)

1/2 cup peanut butter (I used crunchy)

3 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 block of vegan chocolate of your choice

Step 1

Chuck all the wet ingredients into a bowl and stir them up until throughly mixed.

Step 2

Throw in the coconut flour and mix it with your hands until it forms a dough (every loves messy hands right?). You may need to add more flour if the mixture is a bit too wet.

Step 3

Mold the dough into whatever shape takes your fancy (Mr Grijalvo chose to do biscuit-esque shapes). Place them on a tray and chuck them in the freezer for 30ish minutes.

Step 4

Melt your chocolate into a bowl and coat your beautiful baby slutters.

Step 5

Garnish with a pinch of salt and pop them back into the fridge before indulging. You can even dip them in more peanut butter for the ultimate PB slutter.
